Michael Scarpaci was born and raised in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn, New York beginning in 1976. He is 45 years old. His family has owned the well-renowned Scarpaci Funeral Home located in the beautiful Dyker Heights section of Brooklyn since 1910. In addition, a second location was opened in Staten Island in 2008. He comes from a large, close-knit Italian family, with 4 siblings of his own. He is the youngest of three brothers; Anthony, Thomas & Christopher and his only sister Francine. Growing up in Bensonhurst, Brooklyn his neighbors became an extension of his family to this date. He considers himself very lucky to have had the childhood friends that he does. The closeness of his loving, tight family and friends have molded him into the man he is today. He lost his father at the very young age of 8 to a long battle with Cancer. He was only 40 years old. While this was the most difficult situation to deal with at that age, it made him stronger in the long run. His mother was an amazing force to have to deal with a great loss and be left with 5 children. She is his heart and soul and also lives very close to him.
He attended St. Finbar Roman Catholic Elementary School and after graduation went on to a private Catholic High School, Xaverian, located in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn. He enjoyed playing softball and football. His family even had their own softball team and they played every week for many years. All of their friends would come to cheer them on, it was great. He met his wife at the age of 24 and at 26 they got married and bought our home in Staten Island. They immediately started their own family and they have 4 beautiful children, Ava 19, Michael Jr. 18, Andreya 14 and Addison 12. Plus, they’ve added 3 great dogs to their family as well. He has flourished in the Insurance business, car sales and insurance industry and has made a home for himself, doing what he loves, in the finance industry where he owns and operates Axis All, a business specializing in alternative financing options since 2008 with offices in NYC and Florida. Both of which he is a resident of. When he is not working, he loves to spend time with his children. He is extremely present in their lives every single day, no matter where he is.
